5 ON 5 BASKETBALL CHALLENGE 2008
(所有报名费将充作民义华小筹建篮球架基金)

REGISTRATION Fees RM50.00 PER TEAM

1. All Categories Malaysian and Non-Malaysian
Under 14 - Boy  14-9-2008
Under 14 - Girl  21-9-2008
Under 16 - Boy  28-9-2008
Under 16 - Girl  5-10-2008
Under 18 - Boy  12-10-2008
Under 18 - Girl  19-10-2008
All Final game and closing ceremory will play at 26-10-2008.

2. All Entries Must be received by one day before the game day.

3. Each entry form must be properly completed and hand delivered to Mr.Ng Lam Tek 017-8828258,Kent Ho 012-3913331,Yap Wooi Hong 012-2283224.

4. All the registration fees will go to SJK(C) MUN YEE for buying 2 basketball board.

5. Game Place 热水湖花园居民协会篮球场

6. Competition Metal - First - Gold,Second - Silver,Third - Bronze.

RULES & REGULATIONS

2. Replacement of team members is not allowed after submission of entry form.

3. Team captain will have to produce original copy of receipt for registration on the event day.

4. All participants will have to produce their i.c passport during the event day for technical reason when required.

5. Any rough play or unsporting behavior before,during and after the game will not be tolerated and will result inmediate disqualification.

6. The organizer reserves the rights to any decision made through the tournament and no damage shall be claimed from organizer or sponsors.

7. Registes Time - 7.15 am
    Game Start at 8.00 am

8. Each team consists of 5 players.

9. 7 minutes per game (running time)

10. Each player is allowed 3 personal fouls per game.

11. In the event of a tie game,the golden basket rules apply (The first team to score wins).

12. Game Time 8.00 am - 6.00 pm.
